When purchasing a pair of Klipsch's it is important to find a pair with consecutive serial numbers. This pair has the serial numbers carved into the back of the cabinets. Serial numbers 31P723 and 31P724.
The following is a pair of Original Klipsch Heresy Loudspeakers that have been kept in my family for over 30 years. They were built in 1976 and are highly sought after for the original combination of a K77 high frequency driver, K-55-v midrange horn, and a K22 woofer. They are considered to be more dynamic, exhibit greater presence and have richer bass than later models.
