flush mount baffles

Unusual for Klipsch, these Heresy's have a flush mount baffle that does not suffer from diffraction issues.

K-55-V

The legendary K-55 midrange is regarded for being exceptionally quick and dynamic. I have NEVER heard a drum or the keys of a piano reproduced like this before.

Heresy's On Stands

The cabinets are in very good condition considering their age.

The most highly sought after drivers in this series were made in 1970's models that include the K77 tweeter, K55v midrange horn, and K22 woofer. All electronics and drivers are in MINT condition on these particular speakers.

Klipsch Heresy 1's

The following pics illustrate the condition of the cabinets and drivers. These speakers were in my grandfather's (original owner) den from 1976 until 1990. They remained in my fathers house afterwards until I finally took them in 2001. I have never seen a pair of Heresy's with a baffle that was flush with the cabinet such as these. The other models do not seem to have this quality which not only looks much better but also reduces diffraction.

Consecutive Serial Numbers

When purchasing a pair of Klipsch's it is important to find a pair with consecutive serial numbers. This pair has the serial numbers carved into the back of the cabinets.
Serial numbers 31P723 and 31P724.

I will miss these Heresy's but I plan to buy La Scalas in the near future if I can find a 1970's model in excellent condition.
