The legendary K-55 midrange is regarded for being exceptionally quick and dynamic. I have NEVER heard a drum or the keys of a piano reproduced like this before.
The following is a pair of Original Klipsch Heresy Loudspeakers that have been kept in my family for over 30 years. They were built in 1976 and are highly sought after for the original combination of a K77 high frequency driver, K-55-v midrange horn, and a K22 woofer. They are considered to be more dynamic, exhibit greater presence and have richer bass than later models.
